Q: Is your K Series Helical Bevel Gearbox interchangeable with SEW?
A: Yes, our K series helical bevel gearbox shares the exact same mounting dimensions as the SEW K series. You can replace it directly without modifying your machine.
Q: What is the delivery time for the K Series gearbox?
A: For standard ratios and motors, we have stock and can ship within 7 days. For customized product, it takes about 15-25 days.
Q: What is your material?
A: Housing: cast iron
Shaft: #45 steel
Helical Gear: 20CrMnTi, processed by carburizing and quenching.
Q: What is the difference between K series and S series?
A: Both provide right-angle output. However, the K series (Helical-Bevel) is much more efficient (95% vs 75%) and can handle much higher torque. The S series (Worm) is cheaper and offers self-locking. For 24/7 operation, we recommend K series.
